Requirements:

- Email address with Office 365 license

There are two ways to add an email address to Outlook, navigate to the relevant section that applies to you.
Add Email Address to New Outlook Profile
1.
Ensure Outlook is closed before you add a new profile.

Navigate to the Control Panel
- On Windows 7 computers, click on Start and click Control Panel
- On Windows 8.1, right-click on the Start (Windows) button and select Control Panel
- On Windows 10, click on the Start (Windows) or Search button and type “Control”. The first result should be the Control Panel, click on this

Back at the Mail Applet, under the section Always use this profile, select the New Profile to be loaded everytime Outlook is launched
Add Email Address to Existing Outlook Profile

Follow Steps 6 to 9 above to ad the email account
You will be prompted to restart Outlook once the account is added.
